Congrats on POTD, Maureen ... (though I wonder if we should celebrating the cheating lifestyle ... lol). To be honest, I never check the POTDs or POTWs, and only ever find out about it if someone comments saying "congrats". ALSO ... Dave's Killer Good Seed is the best bread on the planet (that and sourdough).

Ha ha! I forget to too and am similarly surprised. Dunno about the best... A beloved bakery in town shut its doors after near 100 years, there was such an outcry that a major chain was granted the name and recipes to carry them. The best Rye. And Challah to die for. ;), xomo!

Mo, I spend more time with people than with nature, so senryu just come more naturally. Fun to see people's puzzled looks when you tell them you've written a senryu; seems only poets have ever heard of them! Congrats on your POTD today ~ John
