Kick up your shoes. You've paid those dues. It's not the time to sing the blues. Don't stand underneath a cloud, turn up the music, keep it loud. Pick up your feet and feel that beat, find your rhythm, make it sweet. Kick up your shoes.

thanks Milton. I've been away and also had some physical stuff but thankfully it has subsided. I feel so grateful to be able to walk and be with out pain again. God Bless you and hope you are doing well. Nancy
