Kevin's Dog Ginzburg
Burger-dog with gaze so steady,
All ways there and on the ready
To fetch a sphere or stick,
Then drop it near or on a limb
So that you can throw for him
The very same stick or ball,
He may stop and chew around
A piece of wood that he had found
And practice a tear or rend,
Sometimes messy, sometimes loud
Sometimes meek and always proud
How else would he be friend.
