Keep Burning Within

KEEP BURNING DEEP WITHIN My whole being saturated With everything I do in kindred times I cannot help but disguise Like plastic when heated, sometimes It melt down strayed In one form and substance. As everyday I move Go around mill and mixed with people My life so haggard ‘tho simple I’ve been the talk never parried Although I shied always neither I huddle, so far So good this burning spirit commends and chronicles. Deep within arteries and veins In you and my heart’s fusion It keeps me alive and going Big waves and smashing winds Can ever puff me down As the river keeps roaring to life’s ravine!

And let that river continue to flow indeed! I like how you put in so much hope in here, despite the odds in life, Dalila! -- How have you been? Sorry I haven't been able to pass by your poems lately-- I hope all is well with you-- nikko :D
