Karolina, We Love You

When the morning dawn arises and your blue eyes
open by surprise on the other side,
may the breath of God awaken you
to a brand new day of peace and healing grace;
May He take you by the hand and lead you to the shore,
where your family waits for you, with open arms.
When the sun sets over heaven
gdy slonce zachodzi nad niebem
may they have another angel
niech maja innego aniola
may you know how much you are loved, daughter of gold
we will always, remember you with love.
In our hearts you'll live forever and never grow old.
w naszych sercach bedziesz zyl wiecznie i nigdy sie nie zestarzejesz

ps our neighbors just lost their daughter to a senseless
act of crime, a stray bullet hit her and she died a few days ago
I can't begin to imagine what the parents are going through
right now

I, too, couldn't imagine what they must be going through, losing their daughter in such a tragic way... Peace be with them tonight and always ...

Apart from some foreign pieces which I could not understand I can understand the emotions of losing a young woman because of a stray bullet. Such a pity.
