So this is how I made them all feel?
I broke the "feel nothing" and lost
I thought it was worth the risk
I had no idea what it'd cost

I thought I'd always get my way
I always have every time before
I was the one who decided what happened
This time you chose the course

It doesn't feel very good
I'm so sorry to everyone I did this to
I'll try to handle this with grace
But, boy, I'm really mad at you

The wound is just so fresh right now
You say well be friends though
I wanted more time to see if it'd work
But you let your doubts have control
