Kaafir
the roads were lit with bloodshot eyes.
of eyes which belonged to men,
of men who belonged to god.
but god, was god even there?
the alleys were scattered with limbs.
of limbs which belonged to men,
of men who belonged to another god.
but god, was god even there?
their swords shone in that moonless night,
to reveal their black hearts,
of hearts which belonged to men,
of men who belonged to a superior god.
but god, was god even there?
"kill the kaafir", shouted one.
"kill the traitor" shouted the other.
out came knives, swords and trishools..
and thus began the rites.
rites, to prove whose god is the greatest..
but god, was god even there?
what left was pieces...
limbs, hands and eyes..
pieces of god.
of god the greatest.
of god the greatest.
