Justice For George F
It hurt me to know I died today..
I hurt me to know its by the
Hands of someone who swore
To protect me.
It hurts to know that my daughter
Grows up with a dad. I've made my
Mistakes but why did my life end?
It hurts to know that racism still exist
Did MLK march for equality and freedom?
My air flow was constricted, my hearing
Going in and out, my eye sight faded away
I saw the light but was scared to go.
It hurts me to know I was recorded for
My final hour, for proof I understand, but
Why didn't anyone help me?
I hurts me to know my lifeless body
A lifeless soul laid on the pavement built
By my ancestors and still no one helped
Me..
