Just Words

In my head I have accepted, I have thought about things and have welcomed reality, In my head the mess has been detangled, In my head there’s an answer to every question, A solution to every problem, I’m my head everything is logical and practical, In my head the pathway is clear, There's no fog, no mist, only clarity , In my head I’ve had the argument and won, But my heart bares heaviness of not accepting reality, The foolish hope in calamity, My heart longs for things unattainable, Things only a few have been blessed with, It still dangles in confusions and blurriness, Longing for a different answer, A different outcome, My heart can't just look away And accept to be swayed up with the unfortunate, My heart has not accepted, My heart will not welcome this broken outcome.
