Just the Way

The forehead the heart,
the striped shirts,
the dark trousers,
the eyes of meaning,
the smile of bliss,
the hand of perfection,
the mingle of hope and trust
in his faint tea - rose perfume,
Among the world, he stood by me,
as an idol, as a preacher,
a light so bright, a man so unique,

Yes my father loved me,
Just in the way he guided,
steps, fast, determined.
