Just Talk About It

Talk about the darkness inside
Talk to the people, they won't hide
Masquerading as a mannequin
That won't make you a man again
Mental health
Is like central wealth
Don't take it for granted
Lest the seeds for sorrow be planted
Find someone to talk to
About what you go through
Some days you'll be fine
Other days you'll be resigned
The mind is a dubious design
Full of false quotients and signs
Look in my eyes
Don't believe the mind's lies
People still care
How you fare
Leave no doubt about it
Just talk about it
