Just Steer Through Troubles

Expressions live on, though my posters may fade.
         "When life gives lemons, make lemonade"
                      urges me to persevere.
                       When troubles appear
                                I will just
                                   steer
                           through.  I must 
                           not cater to fear.
                     I'll fight for all I hold dear.
         Maxims have helped in choices I've made.
