Just One Valentine

There have been other Valentines,
I must admit that’s true.
Each time I felt, this is “the one”!
Each time, I felt my search is through!

But, you’re more than just a Valentine!
You’re more than just a mate!
You’re the force that makes my heart beat!
You’re the reason life’s so great!

Sweetheart, please, don’t ever change!
You are my shining star!
You put the color in my world!
So, just stay the way you are!

I carry your heart, inside my heart!
Your happiness, is my goal!
Your love is what keeps me going!
It soothes my very soul!

Every day, is Valentines Day,
while you are by my side!
You’re like another body part!
That cannot be denied!

So, darling, please believe me,
and rest assured, it’s true.
In my life, there’s just one Valentine!
That Valentine, of course, is you!
