Just Listen

It didn't take you long to figure it all out , Once it was clear in your mind with no doubts. Now that you know does it anger you so, Or are you just accepting it as another blow. How many times will it take for you to see , By never saying nothing they will not let you be. A understanding you will never be able to reach, Because you are so different and have opposite beliefs. Are you able to agree that even time would never heal, The damage they caused and the way it made you feel. It's such a sad state of affairs the actions by others, You once considered them as your sisters and brothers. There will come a day when the memories will fade, Only then will you be able to find your own way.
