just like me
we are same
we all are from Africa
some was stolen away
to distance places
some ancestors migrated
some stayed back home
just like me
just like me
some was moved to arab
so many was scattered
all around America
we were all enslaved
home and abroad
so I understand your
misery
I understand your
challenges home
and abroad
just like me
just like me
we are all from
same womb
if not I wonder
why you look
just like me
it don't matter if
your nationality differs
from mine
it can't change the
fact that you still
fighting for freedom
just like me
just like me
we all suffer same
facts
the fact that we are
not to fight against
each other
Africa need to rise again
it hurt me when I see
this discrimination
placed on class among us
it hurt me when a brother
ignores his own brother
is sad cos we all are
from same place
and that is the fact
that clears the truth
our struggles are same
our grieves are alike
our prayers differs
but in same goal
so when you discriminate
me don't forget you still
fighting
just like me
just like me
I don't care about
you height in the
societies
we are distance relative's
we are on same manipulation
I don't care about your
wealth in the societies
we were all too rich
and lived richly in nature
before hunter invaded
our mother land Africa
so some was enslaved
taken out far miles away
in shame and nakedness
to distance places
those at home got colonies
and that still on systematically
today
here you see you can't
discriminate me
cos we all suffer same
persecution home and abroad
same circumstances every where
so stop acting important
to your fellow brother
cos at the end you wear
shame shoes
just like me
