JUST FOR YOU
For such a friend,
from heart to helping hand,
giving reach, and a will to extend,
stretching to support and understand.
Never cold when feelings unfold,
a guiding light when,
dreams are lost in the night.
Ready to restart, after faliing apart,
always there, because you care.
In confessions, never to be a lie,
with truth our bond will never die.
For such a friend,
a life so bare,
without our memories to share.
Smiles and laughter of happiness,
frowns and tears of sadness.
For what ever life's wind blows our way,
our branches may sway,
but our roots will grow and stay.
For such a friend,
is for Just You
