On the floor or the ground
It doesn't matter just as long as you get down
Get down for your health
Push 'em up and build that wealth
Get that account nice and swole
No insufficient funds here; let the truth be told
Just drop day or night
Then push 'em up and get right
That's right. Anywhere and anytime
Tighten as you exhale while gaining peace of mind
Yeah, drop......
And don't stop
Inhale down and exhale up
Just stay in motion and don't give up
Drop and get 20, 30, 40, or fifty
20 and 30 are good and 40 is better but fifty
is pretty nifty
But if you can only drop down and get 10
This is a beautiful thing, 'cause guess what?
You win!
Regular, diamond, close, or wide...
Just drop down and make sure not to hide
Just drop......
And don't stop
Whether just beginning or advanced
Live your best life and give your dreams a chance
