Just Can'T Fathom

Just Can't Fathom
By Franklin Price

Just can't fathom man to man
The how the why the can't the can
The reasoning for you and me
Rash practice of stupidity

The wants the needs the lines are blurred
The voices visions seen and heard
Goals mixed for us for self and shared
The do nots and the ones who dared

Accepted values in the end
And lack of such will much depend
On how we move along the way
And make our choices day to day

Lack of thought lies everywhere
In conversation we should share
Our witness of those things we see
Of practices that should not be

And if when shared that is the end
So far from right that is my friend
We must then participate
Or others will decide our fate

To sit aside fuss and profess
And point that others made this mess
And think there's nothing we can do
We gladly practice stupid too
