Just Be

Just be yourself they say Jus love yourself they say But what if you don’t know yourself What if everything you were told about you From other people was a lie? What if there were seeds of greatness Buried deep within the depths of your soul. What if there were years upon years of limiting Beliefs that were meant to cause the flames of Of your inner light to dim and be buried like a Cemetery. As if to say here lies the versions Of all the great and awesome things your were Meant to accomplish in your life regardless of Who chooses to be in your corner, have your Back, lift you up so you never lack. So when they say just be such and such why Not decide for yourself who you want to be What experiences do you want to see because This is YOUR LIFE and no one else's. After all who are they to tell you what’s what Consider them like quicksand because if you Listen to them and they, it is a guarantee you Will get stuck on their opinions and what others Have to say. So at the end of the day just be.
