Just Another Lost Soul

I crave the kind of love no one delivers, I crave the kind of love that sends down a shiver. I hope I deserve what I seek, I hope that it is truly meant for me. My life is so loveless it seems, It’s held by a string on the seams. Slowly tearing apart, Drifting like shells in the sea. While those innocent eyes in the mirror, Look at me. They look at me and I see, A hollow eye with no beam. The mistakes I’ve made flash in front of me, And a tear rolls down my cheek. I’ve had one true love but I lost it, He didn’t end but his love for me did.

It takes two to fall in love and sadly one can get hurt. Practice relationships, confidence and look in the mirror forgive yourself, love yourself where you are now. I believe if you start there, you will see the beginnings. So sorry you hurt. Find someone who will listen and encourage you. Often we can meditate on the negative. Stop those thoughts in their tracks. Talk to yourself as if you are a good friend to yourself. Hugs ~ Kim <3
