Just Another Day

Just another day
to give you absolutely no pay

Just another twenty-four hours
to sleep in late, and take a warm shower

Just another one thousand four hundred and forty minutes
to push yourself to all of your limits

Just another eighty six thousand four hundred seconds
for people to come into your life, like hotel check ins

Just another measure of time
for you to come up with some bad rhymes

Just another day from you world
into nothing exciting you were hurled

But it's just another day
for you to waste away

So you better make the best of it
And enjoy the rest of it

While you are here you may as well strive
Because you already know, that no one comes out of life alive
