Just a Thought

When searching back through centuries exploring ancient dynasties
one thought alone comes rushing through my head
If only they had written of the lives they once had led
of their loves, of their sorrows, of their long lost gone tomorrows
For then each passing generation would have this precious information
and it would be so much nicer than searching endless record books 
through lists of names and dates to find their long lost gone tomorrows
