JUST A SOUL
Peeling off identities mould
A heavy weight lifted off me
My reflection crystal clear
As I see a disconnection
From times heavy and old
A yearning whisper echoes
Through the looking glass
I seize my heart that slips so fast
The kinder me in a silent plea
Unravels the riddles with love
To set my truest self free
And in a moments truth I see
A puzzle solved, this facet in me
My soul attached calling out to me
My true narrative now slowly revealed
