Just a Sonnet
Eye for an eye
Me shall remain awake all night for you till I catch zzzs
I perceive a glint coming from thy thigh
Such fairness, wonder what that is
Thou art pulling me from an apple tree
Like gravity - something amazing the Newton wheel
Thy power is one the naked eye cannot see
Enamored - dopamine overflow in me, what I love to feel
Anything glitters but thou art of Thomas Edison
Inside of you a rainbow is prevailed, but most see thee as white
Mindless to me you the medicine
And through and through my shadows you the light
Roses are red, yours are polychrome
In thy garden my heart is home.
