Just a Moment
It takes just a moment to challenge yourself
with something you can never do
It takes just a moment to show respect
when I am there with you
It takes just a moment to show your true face
and treat me in the same way that you would do you
It takes just a moment to listen
when nobody really cares to do
It takes just a moment to put a smile
on your face and show me you care
It takes just a moment to break my heart in two
It takes just a moment to be grateful and say Thank you
It takes just a moment to live
in your own eyes and be true to you
It takes just a moment to find a piece
that you have lost within you.
