Just a Matter of Time
She’s walking in the rain
Water inside her shoes
She Forget her umbrella
They forecast rain in the news
Sometimes she forgets simple things
Because her mind is far away
There’s man who holds her heart?’
Who lives in the U.S.A.
And he’s cooking this morning
And he burns the brown sugar
Because his mind is far away
Give his heart to a girl in Malaysia
And though they miss each other
And when they talk it feels so good
And one day they will be together
In theirs hearts it’s under stood
And sometimes it gets so lonely
And silent tears they cry
Can’t stop thinking about each other
No matter how hard they try
And they know how they feel
Want to spend their life together
And right now it’s so hard to do
But they’re willing to face any kind of weather
Knowing they will be in their arms one day
Makes the missing feels so right
Although knowing they can’t be together now
Keeps them awake almost every night
Right now the distance between them
Are out of their control
But every second apart brings
them closer in their heart and soul
She’s reach back home now
Comes out the shower, gets under her sheet
And as she falls a sleep
The fragrance of jasmines’ smell so sweet
He collects his burger at gyro king
Fast food restaurant on Forest Avenue
Tonight he will watch the dark knight movies
Part one and part two
And while she dreams of him
He thinks of her in his mind
And both knowing they will be together
It’s just a matter of time
