Just a Lift

Confusion, distorted views and twisted thoughts.
Dreams, goals, wisdom and strength
yet there's still that self-doubt in what I've been taught.
Wanting so much and wanting it bad. Wanting to be successful.
Wanting to b the mother my daughters never had.
I want to climb all the way to the top f the biggest, tallest, strongest tree
but I can't do it alone. I can't reach that first branch, I just need some help.
I need someone to lift me.
With that lift, I will get a grip. I will hold on, embracing it and climb.
Eventually I will make it all the way to the top in due time.
