Just 3 Verses-Forgive Give and Given

Through forgivness we find peace--
I Can't forgive cos i'm only human,
I Can't do it alone, holding God's hands i will............

um....can you be more specific? please?? just two more lines. tell me who to forgive and why I should stop hating them for upsetting my peace in the first place. forgiveness does not come easy or naturally. if it does lead to peace I need a road map, otherwise I can (and have many many times) get horribly lost along the way...
