JUST
I really didn't need to go
But I found a reason to leave
I got in the car, put her in drive
To shop at Stuff Mart
...just a little bit
I didn't want the whole
A piece of the pie would do
What they left were crumbs
The part unnecessary for pleasure
...just crumbs, really
Don't bother to get up
I can still walk and get around
Your requests must be met
While mine can remain, unfound
...just...for...a bit
No, I am not a victim
I left that way long ago
I grew a pair, manned up
Realizing the cost for care
...just...justice would NOT be served
I decided a hug was too much
I decided consideration a debt
Reciprocity demands service
And I, well, I am unwilling to pay
...so, I JUST...stay
