Thank you so much Jo! I love gardenias. In college it was the rage to wear a gardenia in your hair. Had fun with the title that refers to the last line. There is a perfume named Jungle Gardenia that is a favorite of a dear friend! Blessings to you!

I have gardenia in my garden. Is there any special species as JUNGLE gardenia ? Fragrance of gardenia mesmerises me. All the best.

Anisha, I am in total agreement! We, too, have gardenias in our shade garden. The scent is intoxicating! The only other scent that enchants me like a gardenia is a Daphne. So much fun to have both in our garden. Blessings!
