Judgment
Tears in my eyes... Another child dies in the streets of Kingston
Another mother stood and watch her child take his last breath
I hear her screams.... shouting " Judgment "
Tears mixed with sadness
Gun warfare; the gangs are taking over our streets.
The blood of the innocent speaks
How can you kill a baby
"Judgment " she cried with tears and blood running from her eyes, holding onto the lifeless body of her child
"Judgment " the echo of her screams ring like a bell, sending chills to my soul
How can you kill a four-month-old child?
When will this war end?
Police can't help us, corruption lives in their pockets, blood on their hands
Jamaica is a war zone... 9 a day... The bodies I count
The government have no plans
The opposite talking just talking
While the body count grows
We need divine intervention
Hundreds are dead and the year don't end
How many more mothers will watch their children die
Tired of counting bodies
Tired of watching mothers cry
Tired of graveyards with bodies of children
Tired of the heartache and pain
Tired.... mi tired of living in this country watching people dying
I am crippled by fear
I have no hope
Can someone take me from this place
Lord, we need your intervention
