Judgement
J Just make sure when you decide
that you've make the proper choice
U Use your head then speak right out
In a respectful tone of voice.
D Don't be vague or condescending
Make your demeanor clear
G Get all the facts if time allows
Be sure that you're sincere.
E Everybody can be fair
All it takes is common sense
M Making sure what you decide
Is absent of pretense.
E Encourage those required to judge
Not to be too quick.
N No one likes to be misjudged
It can really make you sick.
T These simple things can help decide
And make a Judgement fair
It'll show you want to get it right
And that you really care.
