Judas Kiss

His threads soaked in blood Dismantled ricassos line his back His tear filled eyes he shuts The sky above him black Anger fused with sorrow Heavy stones on his heart What good can come of tomorrow When thy life’s been torn apart The latter-day Caesar Against the avant-garde council Says farewell to the dreamer That dwelled in the fictitious castle For what he was has died And what he’ll become unknown Adieu...farewell...goodbye He’ll walk the broken path Alone
