            Joyful Health
               Rhyme + Acrostic

Some go by age, some jump on the scale.
Some list their ailments, as if that
were to avail?
Then there are those who look in the mirror.
But here are the qualities, I think
make up true health,
Listed in an acrostic, I do try to master for myself.

H-happiness
E-effervescent
A-aliveness
L-loving
T-tenacious
H-harmonious

Add to all this a day devoted to God?
Much better than being operated 
on by an orthopod!

True brain burnout right now. One poet won't comment to me anymore as I made a mistake. I fixed the error but to no avail. This kind of nonsense Drives me nuts here. And we are pushing ourselves too hard. As if MDs_ could cure illnesses. Inventions get nuttier by the Second and world citizens suffer. 5G is a danger to the entire planet but few are aware,, Panagiota.
