Joyful Company
Lovely carnations, so many hues
All are so pretty, which ones do I choose.
I see your colours all summer through
My garden it seems, is perfect for you.
To accompany you I happily chose
The most english of all, the beautiful rose.
The flower of love, deepest of reds
How you adorn my flower beds.
Oh, how It fills me with joy when I see
The beauty I have, keeping me company.
