Joy Within Trials
Consider the joy within imminent trials.
New faith awakens as the serpent beguiles.
Find joy in the challenge set before you,
for the Helper's hand will be there for you.
Let patience portray her perfect work
wherever trials and temptations lurk.
Faithfully endure trials, however pained,
for with patience endured, experience is gained.
With experience attained hope abounds,
for victories past are encouraging sounds.
The Lord's presence sustains every defeat,
so that your hope and joy may be complete.
