Joy

Showing attention to someone else, Friend or stranger, through something As simple as a quiet smile, creates an inner joy. We feel good every time we make a kind remark rather than a mean-spirited one. Then the next kind remark comes even more easily. Joy is never far behind. There is really no better action we can take on a Daily basis than doing one thing that will inspire Joy in the heart of someone else.
