Jove of Love Iii

But if you do fall deeper in love's hole
An abyss lovers go sentence to life,
If you go down in it that earthen coal;
Take rings with you, for your husband
or wife.

And a million candelas t' give you light,
Forget what you've learnt, love is truly
blind;
So I say to you take heed to light'n
your plight
Lest you awake in lust, and lose your
mind.

Oh, lust? What a different place to be
Where your opiate mind see things
very wrong,
How foolish in lust you'll' be before me
Sure, from my lips I'll sing you a woe
song.

Surely, I shall sing you to lethe in lust,
Truly, I shall sing and sing till you're
dust.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
