Journey To Healing
Healing is not a simple task,
It's a journey, it's a ask,
To let go and forgive each day,
And painful memories just sway.
It crushes the heart, breaks it apart,
But we must be strong, play our part,
Growth requires pain to make us strong,
Enduring it, we shall never go wrong.
Healing is a lifelong process,
It may be painful, but we must confess,
To give up on things that weigh us down,
Even if it makes us wear a frown.
For this journey is truly worthy,
We'll be better, more than just earthy,
So sit with memories and let them know,
"You have to leave now," it's time to go.
