That last line is a great truth preced by insight that there is nothing that affects time; it marches ondespite what is happening. Great thought with so few words and beautifully said! :)

Thanks Harry for your enlightened comments on my poem. The fact is that you have revealed the soul of the poem. In writing Quatrains I am inspired by the Urdu Language poet Josh Malihabadi whose 700 Rubai'yat contained in two books I have translated into English Quatrain. One of my books was published in USA and the second one's manuscript is being edited and will go to the press shortly. Regards
