Journey of a Tear

I've made this dreadful journey
A hundred times before
And lessons that has scarred me
Has brought me here once more
A broken heart a memory
The things you lose to time
Seem so far beyond your reach
But trapped within your mind
So once again I'm summoned
And not by my own choice
You bring to life the death of me
With trembles in your voice
I appear because you're healing
Just to leave without a trace
Since it will ease the pain your feeling
As I'm running down your face
