Joseph Genesis 41

Let dreams catch fire and light up the night
Dark dungeon-barred windows cannot exclude
Orion’s blue-fire, reminding sight
Now distant, fading — Heaven’s amplitude
Paused in their circuits to curtsy, despite
Youth, father-favored with proud attitude,
Dares reach beyond his familial right —
God orchestrates salvation’s grace through you.
   Abandoned One, inner-wounded, accused
   Bearing burdens of sin, though innocent;
   The world rushes by, of the Dreamer, bruised,
   Broken, battered — ignorant! Heaven sent
   Visions refuse to lie dormant, misused.
   God dreams your dream, and owns its fulfillment!
