Jolly Molly

Jolly Molly lived in the Village of Steed,
the young woman was always happy as can be,
no one ever saw her cry or be mean,
she was a maid who enjoyed to clean.

One day while walking on the bridge home,
she heard a small voice calling her down,
curious she followed the path near the creek,
a tiny frog jumped out which made her shriek.

He asked her not to be afraid and stop yelling,
since she was such a merry person and fun,
he offered one wish just for her delight
thinking deep and hard she wanted to be right.

After some time she gave her final wish,
she asked the frog to make everyone laugh,
from that day the entire village was in hysterics,
laughter rang forever in the atmospherics.
