Congrats for your win in my contest, Kayod. I did not understand the part about wife of tongue. Otherwise, I think it sounds kind of good to eat!!

Hi Kayod5...I have looked up 'Jollof Rice' and it is one dish that I would willingly eat with gusto, especially since hot pepper can also be added to it. Your poem is also appetizing and tasteful to read. // (says it is common in Nigeria and West Africa) // paul

One of my favorite so far of this challenge. You cooked the meal but made a poem of it. In my opinion that is the ultimate challenge of this form.

We all speak the language of poetry and through that we can communicate and learn about eachother and ourselves and get new friends all over the world - this is the most wonderful thing I have found since I began writing in February:-) hugs Jan xx
