Now this is eternal life; that they might know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. [referring directly to himself] John 17: 2-4. Q: How has Jesus Christ brought glory to God during his earthly ministry? John 17:5 A: Jesus Christ asked his Father to glorify Him because of of the glory He had with Him before the earth began. A: Beginning with verse six and ending with verse 19; Jesus prayed for His disciples. In verse six He asked His Father. He revealed to the Father, all of those that His Father had given Him. John 17:6 A: [In order for Him to be able to fulfill: His obligations, His earthly ministry and Bible prophecy.] Q: How did His disciples know 'everything' His Father had given them? John 17:7 A: Because the Father first revealed 'everything' to Him and He passed on His revelations to His disciples John 17:7. Q: What method did Jesus use to pass on His revelations He received from His Father? John 17:8 A: Because they accepted the words that Jesus Christ had previously received from His Father, they knew He came forth from the Father and the Father was the one who sent Him. John 17:8 A: [Who sent Him on His earthly ministry and to pass on His very own earthly ministry to His disciples. He had shared His Father's assignments with them, and they were to carry on His ministry without Him being physically with them.] Roxanne Lea Dubarry Roxy Lea 1954 Jan. 18 & 23, 2024
