Jinxed

Jinxed kisses taste
like copper lightning
vows erupt mid-air,
cursed by tainted lips
never meant
for forever.

Dear Billie; this is beyond touching and soul hitting how youv described and expressed from the perspective of an individual that has tasted jinxed love from tainted lips, and your arrangement of words here is impressive and so artistic! Thank you for sharing this deeply moving take. Congratulations on your top win! Sending you light!

Awe thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed. That's what I like about word prompts. I would have never used the word jinxed and this poem would have never happened if it wasn't for the prompt. So thank you for your musings

Best stay clear of such lips. Angst made clear, Billie.
