Jesus Our Lord And Savior
What a friend we have in Jesus
When I feel alone and sad
Your love picks me up and makes me glad
How grateful we should all be
For having a friend like you
A friend that will never forsake us
A friend that only speaks the truth
A friend that just loves to see us do good
A friend that loves to listen to our problems
And guide us along
Jesus you are amazing
For you where sent here like a sheep in a pack of wolves
It was you against this wicked world
And you came and gave us light
Showed and told us the way to get to the Kingdom of God
With out your true love for us we would still be lost
You have some kind of Love
For this world beat, mocked, and murdered you
You already knew this world was going to murder you
And you still out of true love gave your life for us
You could have turned against us anytime
Could have just remained silent your life
But you knew that the death of one seed
Would produce many other seeds to grow
As then your love would continue to show
