Jesus Calls All of Us To Follow Him
Jesus Calls Us to Follow Him!
"Come follow me" was the voice I heard.
As I read God's holy word.
I was anxious to receive
this heavenly invitation.
I accepted the gift of salvation.
"Why me?" was the question I pondered.
For many empty years, I wandered.
I knelt down and invited Jesus to come in,
he washed away my stains and sin.
He brought to me satisfaction
and love worth finding.
His joy in my heart is God's perfect timing.
I cry tears of joy I once never had.
I now have joy inside! I’m so glad!
Why not invite him in to your life as well.
He loves you much more
than words can tell!
"Come follow me!" Will you obey the master's call?
Eternal life is freely offered to all.
He waits for you each day and night.
He'll bring to your heart true delight.
You'll find a true love you can only obtain…
By inviting him in! Just call on his name!
