Jeremiah's Complaint Why should we complain, When we encounter trials and tribulations. Just remember, ‘Our Lord’s love is great,’ And He will not consume us. Instead, let us be patient. Let us examine our ways and test them. For we have gone astray, Let us call on His Name and be saved. Jerusalem has fallen; they have destroyed David’s tent. Slaves rule over us; we have to buy water to drink. It’s perish or repent. Confess His Name, ‘Jesus Christ is Lord. And because He remains forever; We will not be forsaken. His compassion never fails; It is new every morning, Filled with His Faith, And I say, “The Lord is my portion, Therefore, I will wait for Him.” *** Reference: Book of Lamentations (Old Testament)
