Jeast Or Yeast Rolls

No one seems to be able to pronounce yeast
Some give it a j sound, like jeast
And who cares how we pronounce it.
Anticipating the hot sweet dough
And the melted butter
And the warmth of the roll on my eager tongue
That’s all I care about it.
Call them dogsnoggers – I will still eat them.
